SELECTION PROCESS – MOVILFEST

Every edition of Movilfest begins long before the awards — it begins in the vision of those who dare to tell the world through images.

This year, more than 1,200 works from across the globe were carefully viewed and evaluated by our selection committee. Personal stories, urgent reflections, visual explorations, bold ideas and genuine emotions. Each piece offers a different way of understanding who we are — where we come from, how we live today, and the future we dream of building.

Movilfest does not simply search for films.
It searches for voices.
For perspectives.
For talent capable of transforming reality.

We firmly believe audiovisual creation is a tool for change — and that through it we can create a more just, healthy, fun and equal world for everyone.

After a thorough artistic and conceptual evaluation, the Official Finalist Selection has been established and is listed below in alphabetical order.

From these finalists, the jury will choose six nominees — the works that best represent the spirit of the festival and will form the final shortlist.

From them will emerge the main recognition of this edition:
